Lauren Davis is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of HyperFor Robotics Ventures, where she leads the firm’s investment strategy and LP relationships. She founded the firm with a conviction that the most durable technology companies of the next decade would emerge from the convergence of robotics, AI, and scalable software platforms.
Prior to founding HyperFor, Lauren spent over 15 years in growth equity investing, holding senior roles at leading global investment firms where she oversaw a portfolio of technology investments across North America and Asia. Her background includes deep experience in enterprise technology, marketplace businesses, and AI-native platforms.
Lauren’s investment philosophy centers on partnering with founding teams over long time horizons, providing not just capital but active strategic support during the critical phases of a company’s scaling journey. She seeks founders with intellectual honesty, high product standards, and a clear vision for how their company will achieve enduring market leadership.
Aria Kapoor
Partner
Aria leads late-stage technology investments for HyperFor Robotics Ventures, with a focus on AI platforms, enterprise SaaS, and marketplace businesses. She has led diligence on several of the firm’s marquee transactions and plays an active board role at multiple portfolio companies. Prior to joining HyperFor, Aria held investment and advisory roles at top-tier technology-focused growth funds. She is known for her analytical rigor and her ability to build deep relationships with founders.

Penelope Fox brings more than a decade of direct operating experience in enterprise software and technology-enabled marketplace platforms. As Venture Partner at HyperFor, she provides portfolio companies with hands-on strategic guidance on product, go-to-market, and international expansion. She has held C-suite and VP-level roles at multiple high-growth technology companies and brings a practitioner’s perspective to every engagement with founders.
